3.不把读博当工作

5.挨到最后才写论文

个人经验先写introduction把思路都搞清楚再做实验真的很重要！也可以提高效率，减少焦虑！
what you should do is make sure that you start writing from the very first day that you start your PhD

6.不接受意见
the sixth way to fail your PhD is to be precious not take feedback or actually aim for perfection
这里precious不确定对不对，pressures的话词性不对，查了下precious还有矫揉造作的意思

过分追求完美对任何反馈意见玻璃心不是好事
everything you write no matter if it's if it's a first draft or the tenth draft it's always going to have room for improvement
when you get feedback, don't take it...don't be sensitive about it

7.只工作不玩耍
The seventh big error that people make that leads them failing PhD is to never plan time off
